COVID - 19 UPDATE

Following industry guidance and better knowledge of the situation in Devon and Cornwall we have resumed hires with the following precautions in place.

1. All bookings need to be taken over the telephone or online. Our online booking system is live.

2. Terms and conditions of hire must be signed via online and payments made by bank transfer.

3. A delivery time and collection time must be agreed at the time of booking.

4. On delivery and collection all family members must stay indoors to satisfy the social distancing required within the government guidelines.

5 .Our booking system has been updated to automatically make each unit unavailable for this period. We are fortunate to have a large range of equipment to rotate.

6. On set up all areas of the inflatable we have come into contact with will be dissinfected.

7. The vehicle used to transport the inflatable after hire will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfectant used.

8. For long-term hires, (e.g. 2 to 10 days) customer will be issues an anemometer so that they can check that wind-speeds do not exceed 24 mph and told to switch off the inflatable if 24 mph is approached.
