What are the timings of hire?

You can hire the equipment between 9.30am and 7pm excluding the Rodeo Bull and Surf sim which have their own timings. Of course, with the amount equipment and rural areas we cover we can't be everywhere at 9.30 so our drops could be much earlier or even the day before if we're really busy or have a staffed event on your hire date. We ask that you bear this in mind when planning when to trim your lawn as last-minute hires often shuffle our plans around. We ask that you allow an hour set up time as this can also swallow up any hold ups we've faced earlier in the day.

What time to you collect of we opt for overnight hire £25

This depends if the same items is on hire the next day. We sometimes have to collect at 6am to get it to another booking some way away. It may be with you all day if we are very busy and your items not booked elsewhere.

Is the overnight charge per item or a one off fee?

Yes its a single one off charge of £25 (regardless of the number of items)

Does the price include set up?

The hire value includes set up and pack down but may be subject to a delivery and collection charge depending on your post code. This can be checked on the home page.

Does the price include a blower or generator

Blower/s are supplied with the equipment. We have generators available for hire if you don't have power sockets within 50 meters of the pitch. Some equipment uses multiple blowers so you may need more generators or a larger generator to run them.

Do you do pitch (charge per go) work

No, we no longer supply equipment to pitches on a charge per go basis. We can supply equipment and staff to take payments on your behalf but assuming the days takings did not meet the total hire value the shortfall would need to be covered. By the same token any takings over the hire value would be returned to you.

How do we pay and what happens if we have to cancel?

Our policy is you can cancel for any reason and only incur the £10 booking deposit. This covers our admin planning/ re-planning delivery routes. We think this way you're far more likely to come back to us in better times or fairer weather. We therefore ask for payment in full by 7pm on the day before the booking. Our bank details are on the booking confirmation email and you'll receive a text reminder the day before the hire. We are happy to discuss different payment arrangements with charities, schools and businesses where this is not possible.
